CATASTROPHIC

Very disappointing hotel; when I choose a hotel, I look at the rating, but here it is misleading. I want to point this out to future guests!!!
A 4-star hotel that does not have air conditioning, a hotel where there is no manager late at night, I can understand, but in the morning at 10 AM, no, there is a steep decline of this establishment that capitalizes on its past, but today this establishment is just a shadow of its former self.
AVOID A NIGHTMARE... I strongly advise against it!!!!

The city facing room was extremely noisy due to the busy street outside - sirens, revving engines, trucks - you name it. Unfortunately there is no air conditioning and it felt hot. We had a pedestal fan which helped, but then we had to open the door and the noise was disturbing our sleep.
The hotel looks very nice but there are a few elements for maintenance, like the shower leaked all over the bathroom floor and the toilet flush button fell off the wall. I thought the sauna was included and it was one reason I booked the hotel but you have to pay extra.
The design of the room was very good, the kettle was quality metal instead of cheap plastic like in other hotels, and there was plenty of space to hang clothes and set luggage. The bed was also very comfortable and the bathroom had good lighting.
The staff were extremely polite and professional and there was someone at reception at all times.

Not the best address in the city, but a usable alternative.

A hotel designed for an upscale clientele. As motorcyclists, we felt we were not particularly welcome there. Despite having a name reservation, they first took a cash deposit of 150 euros! Breakfast was completely overpriced and not worth the money. Room was okay, but outdated! The bathroom was completely covered with mirrors, so you could see yourself from every angle... terrible! However, the crowning disappointment was the hotel bar... the waiter was completely unfriendly... he charged us 9 euros for a beer, which didn't even taste good. So I would not book there again; there are better hotels.

Disappointing Experience Overall

Service was delayed 45 minutes, no fan in room, and no compensation offered. Response felt unfriendly. I hope improvements are made for a better guest experience.
