I have to come back. Absolutely

Best Hotel since 4 Years, especially in relation to its price. Not new and renewable, but nice old style classic, massive furniture, big rooms, wonderful beds, rooms and bathrooms. Very nice people at reception and service.

A very negative experience.

Pros: Great, walkable location. The lobby terrace is actually pretty awesome.
Cons: Ant infestation, food/poop caked onto comforter. Broken lockbox and heater. Toilet is literally in the same room as the bed, so it's extremely weird if you're staying with someone else. Water cuts out for hours. Last but not least, I had a major disagreement about what they charged me to upgrade my room, and when I wanted to revert to the original room I reserved because of many extremely good reasons, they refused. This alone is why I can't look past all the other defects.
Summary: If you want a cheapish place and are willing to have some ants and broken stuff, it's actually not a terrible option. But beware that the owner/manager is a real sheister.

I likes the hotel & staff for the most part and the food & drink were very good. But the Customer service was lacking, I asked for help with suggested transportation tours but got No response. The AIr Conditioning wasn’t working in my room and the TV had just one French channel & nothing in English. As I understood it was not safe to walk around ar night, There was nothing to do but look at my phone or read a book… No TV News No TV entertainment in my room… rather boring…

TV channels didn’t exist, AC did not work, Door access was very intermittent, request for service was under-par…Other than that I liked staff & the premises & location
