I booked 2 stays for the 2nd from 22 to 25 July I cancelled due to health. Boss won't pay me back

I just made a mistake for my 2nd booking I went through boķing and as I wanted to cancel because of health the owner to refuse to refund me 0

Perfect location but

An exceptional location , well maintained building, the apartment was clean, large and bright.
However, the bathroom is poorly arranged, the shower spreads its water on the floor, the pressure is low and the toilet glued to the shower on a slope, are not practical.
Very good bed in mezzanine
But that all this lacks personality, a little decoration would give a soul.
Double glazing sometimes a little just in view of the incessant noises of this busy street.

Very good stay

I had a very good stay at the pergola apartment in Antananarivo.
The room is very good in terms of cleanliness, the hotel is well located and secure
The very kind staff always ready to help

Good option

The hotel is in the center of Tana, 5-10 min walking distance to the big market. The staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are large and clean. My room had a glazed balcony overlooking the street. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant but they offer a wide range of delivered food. There's no reception area or lounge to sit and read or wait.

Great hotel in the heart of the town

We stayed at this hotel for two weeks in oct/nov 2012. The room was spacious, cozy, and very clean. Beds were really comfortable. Very friendly and helpful management. The room service breakfast was great. Best location in the centre of the town ( shops, restaurants and bars are within walking distance) for a friendly price. Would book again - highly recommended.
