A beautiful place

Great location in town. Miami Beach is within walking distance.
Secure place, clean environment.
We were in a 3 bedroom apartment on the 4th floor of 210 m2 with 3 terraces. Very clean and equipped.
Responsive and supportive staff.
The restaurant “la toque” has a good value for money but the service is long.

Terrible experience — avoid this hotel.
I booked and paid for a Penthouse Suite, but upon arrival the hotel gave me a lower-category room while pretending it was the Penthouse. This was completely unacceptable. When I discovered the issue and challenged them, they initially tried to push the responsibility onto Hotels.com instead of taking accountability.
Only after I insisted very firmly did they finally refund me. In my opinion, this is not a simple mistake — it felt like an attempt to mislead a customer into paying for a higher category while receiving something inferior.
The service was also extremely poor: shower gel was never provided despite several requests, coffee and tea were never supplied, and the photos shown online are misleading compared with the reality of the rooms.
Overall, I found the staff dishonest, the management untrustworthy, and the customer service appalling.
Do not go there. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

Streamliner

Quite large spacious accommodation rooms. All day dining restaurant. Good wifi. One issue is breakfast should include more than just two items in the whole menu!

Good hotel in the area

The hotel is very good. Staff amigável. Good structure, both in the bedroom and common areas. Need to improve only to repair some items when they are defective. When I checked in I realized that one of the air conditioners was defective. I communicated the fact, only 2 days later appeared technical team with 4 people. Partly resolved, because the next day presented a defect again. I gave up because the next day I would already do the checkout.

The worst 4 star hotel

The worst hotel ever. Had to ask them to please put clean linen on my bed after 2.5 weeks, the restaurant is absolutely awful and they never have stock of what is on the menu. For the price you pay and what you receive it is beyond disgusting
