It has a nice gym, is also very peaceful and quiet, and the food in the restaurant can take a while but is very good. I don't think the photo of the snacks is accurate - there weren't any while I was there, but the made-to-order food and breakfasts were excellent.

Grand but Bland

The motel wants to be grand but the atmosphere there is bland. There are a variety of rooms to choose from each with different rates. I stayed in the executive room, which is decent in appearance but lacking in comfort. The Aircon did not work, the sockets were frying the kettle, and the mattress was rock hard. The bedside lights did not turn on. The only plus feature was the hot shower.

A giant in a village

This hotel is so roomy and provides many options for fresh air. If you want to jog or walk around the hotel you will get a nice experience. There is a very good gym also. The restaurant is big with options to sit outside

Above Average for this Area

Great stay here while working in the area. The accommodations are above local lodge standards and just under par with Western standards. Rooms were nicely appointed but have some craftsmanship issues. The staff was amazing and always helpful and the chefs at the restaurant were top notch making some special off the menu dishes for us that were delicious. Great security, laundry service, and meeting facilities. The only negative would be the water issue – water pressure was varying and seemed turned off during the night, this made it hard to shower early in the morning as the water did not seem to be turned on until after 7:00AM. Overall, the stay was great and we would definitely stay here again. Thank you – Lance and Jenny

Adequate conference facilities with room for improvement

Although this establishment looks quite grand from the outside the standard of finish in the rooms could be improved. Fittings such as electrical sockets are often not finished and mosquito nets are not of the highest standard. The furniture in some rooms is now becoming quite wornAlthough higher grade rooms have a kettle and small plastic cup only one tea bag was provided for the duration of the stay.
Conference facilities are reasonable for the area but staff sometimes have to be reminded about the room layout that you have requested.
Lunch is usually a buffet of local food with a reasonable selection including vegetarian dishes. The evening menue is either a set price buffet of limited menue which has not changed in over a year.
Paying with credit cards can be problematic so you are best to take dollars or Kwatcha to save hassle when checking out.
