An amazing time

It's the place to be! Very beautiful lodge with a lot of wildlife like monkeys, crocodiles and hippos.
Very friendly staff. They clean a lot/keep the place tidy which is not an easy thing on a beach. Very good for backpackers.
Insider tipp: ask for a ride with Andrew on the Catamaran! His a very cool guy and it's a lot of fun!

Absolutely brilliant

Me and my girlfriend stayed here for a total of 4 nights and couldn't speak more highly of the place. The owner was friendly and accommodating but also great fun and very interesting to talk too. Mr Felix at the reception was a gentleman and the food was lovely. The veiws and beach are fantastic and this place has everything you could want in terms of a relaxed lakeside place to stay and is only a few minutes walk away from the ferry if you want to catch it ! Thanks very much for having us.

A gem of a place

We stayed there for the 4 days before Christmas and really enjoyed the place and the people that we met there. The owner, Riki, is ably assisted by Felix who both went above and beyond in assisting us and Riki even took us to Cape Maclear for a entertaining afternoon. Thanks guys, we will be back!!!

Travel in troubled times

Spent a single night here, only one other couple here. We kept to ourselves totally. Food was good considering restrictions. The spot is very peaceful and quiet. Rooms very basic but could do with a fan. Manager is very helpful.

Beautiful sight but poor conditions

We were so excited when we arrived and saw the beautiful bay where Mufasa Eco Lodge is. The staff was friendly and we were quickly settled in our campsite. But later on we became very disappointed with the washroom. It is in very poor condition and not cleaned and maintained appropriately. And I say washroom because there is only one. Meaning, men and women share toilets and showers. It's not on! But besides that, the stay was very nice.
