Love the staff attentiveness and very kind hospitality. Near to the ktm also. All in all strategic location if u plan to walk to the train station and rapid bus stop also nearby.

Bagan to begin your mainland Penang bout

This hotel is located near to the ferry/bus transport hub, Penang Sentral. But do study how to get to the building by foot as it can be a bit tricky.
The railway is 400m away, without cover. It makes a good starting point to go north, including Thailand. This is the starting point of the northern commuter train and since one can't reserve tickets for this, it makes for better seat securing!
It's fittings and beddings are good quality - especially the toilet, and makes good use of the small space.
Nearby is a 24/7 Muslim eatery but for Chinese food, check out the Old Market Food court about 550m away besides a restaurant nearby. Or go to the Penang Sentral Mall for more upmarket options and shopping.

For the price u paid is quite okay and very decent.
What I don’t like is the location..
Feels very quiet and shady, got even prostitution spawning at night…
U have to drive for amenities like shopping or getting something to eat
WiFi sometimes don’t work..
But all else is okay

Not to close to Penang Sentral.. a bit far and u cannot walk from the hotel because u have to cross the bridge. So i took a grab to go there.. not a good choice.

Picked the room without any window as we only needed to stay for few hours before we departed for early morning train. Honestly, couldnt be more happier! The room is absolutely clean, and the toilet is just up to perfection. This hotel is perfect for quick travellers.
