Lift access is not available from basement car park to hotel’s lobby but accessible with a short flight of stairs. Guest can drop off their bags at the hotel’s main entrance. Hotel JEN Penang is committed to providing its guests and associates with a smoke-free environment from 1 June 2022 onwards. -Smoking, including vaping and e-cigarettes, is not permitted in the guest rooms or any other areas within the hotel. -Although smoking is not permitted within hotel buildings themselves, guests who smoke are permitted to do so outside in Designated Smoking Areas.
