Location is spot on! Friendly hotel associates & environmentally friendly hotel cause the room air con always remains at comfortable level (not too cold) w water dispensers on the corridor which is very pragmatic. Highly recommended if you want some place that is conveniently to”stealth” through every nook & cranny of Georgetown!

Loved that St Giles is in the middle of town, and a short walk from some of the interesting places in Penang (Komtar etc). There are lots of quaint cafes, and decent spas around the area. Check out the mee tarik across the street (under Komtar) and the shopping malls nearby, when staying here.

The hotel provides light refreshment drinks counter for arriving guests but they do not seem to adequately provide disposable drinking cups. Most of the time the drinks are not refilled.

The hotel looks outdated but it was alright as I'm only staying for one night. Location is great as its just opposite of 1st Avenue shopping mall.

Good hospitality. Upgraded to premiere king have free access to 30 floor with complimentary teabreak and cocktail. Breakfast has great variety. Check in was fast. Location is great close to good food and shopping.
