Great great service

The experience was wonderful. The reception gave us complementary big crispy choco chip cookies. We cpuld ask for towels anytime we needed them cause there's 4 of us. The pool and jacuzzi was splendid. The fridge wasn't working however when we informed them at 9pm they brought a new fridge for us. Would stay again, the location is fantastic

Sunway Hotel Georgetown Stay & Penang Experience

My 2nd time staying in this hotel. Just like how accessible the location is. Night street food stalls are just outside. The view from the room is spectacular. It’s walking distance to the Jetty’s, Chowrasta Market, Lebuh Cecil Food Centre, if you know how to walk. Lots of cafes around. Or just grab to everywhere. There’s also bus 204 that goes to Kek Lok Si Temple and Ayer Itam. Travel time around 50 mins and only cost you RM2.

Staycation

I love the atmosphere here. Very nice and clean. The staffs are friendly and welcoming too. The hotel located around the tourist attraction and lots of restaurants. Other than that, the room I’m staying at was spacious and neat which makes me comfortable. You can get a nice room with affordable prices. Also love the gym and swimming pool. Overall, it’s a nice experience staying here and I will definitely recommend and come here again.

BEST EXPERIENCE AT THIS HOTEL

The experience was amazing. We loved our stay. The staff is really friendly and the room servicing was world class. The ambience of hotel and room is really nice. I WILL DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO EVERYONE.

Our deluxe twin room was spacious and comfortable. The room and common areas were clean. Staff were helpful. The freshly baked cookies given out upon check in were a nice welcome gesture. Location is very convenient with many local eateries minutes’ walk away.
