Great hospitality

A decent hotel that is near to amenities and great hospitality . I got an upgrade to a suite which is really appreciated. Also when my son left his wallet when we already checked out, the front office staff Helmi was very kind to help us to go back to the room and thank god we found the wallet. Thanks Casuarina Meru for the pleasant stay and hospitality.

This is a basic three-star hotel that covers the essentials. Good only for a short stay.
The room is a decent size but pretty bare-bones.
Most of the room floor is tiled—not wooden, SPC or carpeted —and the amenities are minimalist. The TV set is small and has a limited number of channels. Wi-Fi is not so good, and there is no swimming pool. Parking is free, but it is out on open ground and a bit of a walk to get to the entrance. Difficult when it is raining.
On a positive note, the staff are super friendly and go out of their way to help. Big thumbs up to them—keep it up!
