Staffs is nice. But just parking lot said available, but it's just a common parking area not own by hotel.

This is the 3rd time we stayed there. This time toilet tap leaking but informed them but never fix. Will stay there again if we are in Ipoh.

The hotel is located strategically: restaurants, convenient stores, morning market, night market, stalls are all accessible. The room service is commendable; helped us to keep the room tidy. The staff are friendly, especially the receptionist guy at night. We will probably go back to this hotel if given a chance.
