Crowning Views
My gf and me stayed here and paid a little extra for a ‘newly renovated’ room.
Our room is big and equipped with many amenities like hair dryer, kettle, tables and chairs, etc. The sliding shelf at the kettle cabinet proved to be quite useful, and the fridge is a tad bigger than most mini fridges in hotel rooms around the area. Although Wifi works well, the analog TV only plays local channels. Our window had a terrific view that features the ever-busy main road, which was interesting to watch.
Perhaps the one grouse we had was the lack of a ventilation fan inside the toilet. Unlike most hotels, the room card doesn’t need to be inserted into the power slot so we had to manually off the switches in our room before leaving. Elevators can be used without scanning access cards too, which I find convenient but might be a concern for the security-conscious.
The staff we interacted with are all polite and efficient in their work. Happily, we can also walk to KSL Mall via a shortcut through the carpark in less than 15 min.

Stayed here for 2 nights with my friend. Originally didn’t book it with breakfast, but it was so easy to add on if you ask the receptionist. Also went for a swim, and there’s only the 2 of us there, which is nice. But I believe the other factor is because we do it around 10am, which means the sun is really out there. Overall it was a very nice stay, will definitely comeback.

you need to turn on the water tap for a 5-10mins then you may feel the water turn warm.
WIFI speed is terrible , youtube video need to setup to the lowest quality to stream which is bad.

It’s my first time booked crystal crown.Its been nice hotel service is great Fatima(not sure if I’m correct )it’s night check in and she assisted us with smile .Thr breakfast is perfect ,the chef is nice too.Thank you for the 1 day visit experience.Will booked again next time 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
