It is a good budget place to stay if you are not super into basic hygiene. The location however was on the better side, there were restaurants and a 7-11 below. The photos posted by the host was after all too good to be true, the toilet ceiling had spider webs hanging off, air vent looked like it had never been cleaned or even touched by at least 2 years. The sink also had some sort of brown gunk when i first checked in. The room also has a window with a broken handle, so you can't close the window at night, attracting a whole army of mosquitoes in. Lastly, the walls had so much dust and chipped off paint.
I would say that the only plus points about that place is the location, and the bed. It was atleast soft and it did not smell bad. I didn't expect that a $30+ SGD could only land such a place.

Small room which isn’t the cleanest, hair was found everyone even on bedsheets. However, it was considerably cheap.

It was just a okay place, if you're planning on staying there just for a night.
The bathroom isn't properly cleaned, what's worse was that there's a cockroach in the room.
Which I ended up checking out at midnight and found another place to stay.

The sink in Rm. 30 is leaking that the water will splash out at your feet. And the table counter was so dirty when I wiped it. Looks like they don’t care about maintenance of the rooms.

The hotel stopped the water supply without being informed early, I took a bath half way..so "Lucky" as the name Lucky hotel..
