Room is decent. Although the noise cancellation can be better. Lady manager at the front desk is kind and helpful.

Room is clean but missing basic essentials like toilet paper & bathroom mat (we had to get our own).
Staff was easily agitated over a matter not of our fault. Credit card system broken (we were not informed) and we didn’t have cash on us.
Nearest ATM was 10 mins drive away and nearest amenities was 5 mins drive away.
Hotels.com customer service offered poor suggestion to cancel room with penalty.

Mid range experience - nothing specifically wrong but not the best thing around. The local food was great and right outside. Perfect for worker.

Good for a budget hotel although similar standard hotels can be found nearby for less. Plenty of dining options very close

+ comfortable room and toilet
+ super value for money. We stay only one night upon arriving at Johor as its only to rest and sleep. We reached late, so thought it would be cheaper to book here. This is just a tip for those who are travelling with tight budget
+ got breakfast spot nearby. Mamak stall which open 24hr, so its convenient
+ 15min away from Legoland
- shower abit hard to switch from the pipe mode to shower moe
- iron has burnt mark which need to be careful. I would suggest hotel to change to steam iron
- outside parking area has bad smell, but small matter as you ll be there for few minutes only. Maybe they should move the garbage bin abit far away
