Last minute booking, hotel informed and said that no more windows room, and that's okay. When arrived to check-in(already around 23:40 night) the lady at the counter said that need 50 ringgit(or Singapore dollar also can) for deposit, but only in cash, I have only 17 ringgit and I asked can I use this amount to check-in? Because it's already very late and I only stay for one night, and mentioned that I can pay the balance tomorrow morning, and the lady ROLLED HER EYES and told me to go to the bank withdraw money then can only finish the check-in process. Almost midnight, and I as a young lady, she wants me to walk alone to the bank to withdraw money for deposit. Not saying that I totally don't have any cash and still want to check-in, not to blame that there's a rules for her, just want the lady to know the situation is I have a little cash, please help me and let me stay for one night(I've paid the room rate online), it's already midnight and outside is very dangerous, but end up I still go to the bank and withdraw the money, will not recommend to anyone, very bad service and bad experience
Ah and also, there's no hairdryer in the room, just to let you know.

A little request to get toilet paper but was turned down by the receptionist.
For the bath foam & shampoo, only a little bottle of each was given. Hello, we are 2 adults and normally hotels supplying 2 sets.
No corridor lights as think the bulb not working, yet no maintenance.
Lift was too dark inside.
Overall, think the management is too stingy.
Not worth the price paid.
