Fantastic and unbeatable

Fantastically nice hotel.
Really great. Nice rooms nice shower good beds, no sound no light.
Pool is great.
You don't even notice you're at the airport.
Friendly staff, friendly staff. The food is not normally good. They serve you with class.

Disappointed

As far as the hotel goes everything was satisfactory.
Unfortunately on departure after I had arrived to the departure gate for my flight out is where my stay took a turn for the worse.
Hotel is connected to the airport which is very convenient. I realized that I had left my medication in the fridge in my room. ( injectable medication which is very expensive ) and must be kept cold. I had used it the night before, however forgot to put it in my carry on bag.
Time from leaving the hotel to reality of me having forgotten was before my flight departed.
I emailed the hotel at once and asked if they could check the room and organize postage in a padded bag and I would happily pay for the cost.
I got an automated reply stating a reply would come through within 48 hours after an investigation.
Several emails later and all Hope from my end fading I was advised nothing was found, and the investigation was closed from their end.
I understand a hotel is not by any means responsible for items that have been left behind, through negligence on behalf of a guest, however in this case and the time frame of it being reported and investigated is not what is expected from a top hotel.
Needless to say a very expensive stay and a rush to get another script.

Everything about the hotel was wonderful. It’s a really good transit hotel for so many reasons. I deeply appreciated that they will use a buggy cart type thing to pick you and your luggage up from the airport and bring you to the front desk. If I had to have walked that it would’ve taken a really long time because of how long the sky bridge is. All the staff are so friendly and helpful. We stayed on the lounge floor and while we got there too late to enjoy the lounge cocktail hour, they did serve tea at 11 PM and it was looseleaf which was so wonderful. The breakfast in the lounge was really good too.

The bar tbj is amazing and mr balakrishnan the bartender aswell mrkhairul nizam give me a really good service and the hotel room service is also amazing overall good experience

Great room walking distance from the airport. Pool was nice but it closed too early (8pm!), and promised jacuzzi was nonexistent.
