Friendly Staff with Good Room

Nice and beautiful room with good wifi connection (which help me to complete my job) neat and clean room with TV. The hotel located at Market.The staff behavior is very polite and they are helpful. All room are no smoking, so if you want to then have to go outside of the hotel. Room and other service are available.

Poor customer service and rooms very small

The room is very small. Awful smelling inside and outside rooms. Very poor discipline staff there. Making noises a lot. Particularly the room I stayed, kids knock the door and make noises. The staff seems like doesn't care because they already received payment from customer. No free parking. Internet also poor. Very poor customer service. Next time wont be my choice.

Extremely dirty

Dirtiest hotel I ever visited. toilet, bed & floor are so dirty and oily. The bedsheets is my worst nightmare! Smelly and lot of stain. looks like prison cell due to its appearance. Can't sleep! Please stay away!

My first and last

stay here for a business trip. Everything inside the room is dirty. They never change the bedsheet i think, as it looks so dirty. Got black stains and sand on it. The pillows also smelly and i had to use the extra towel to wrap it otherwise i cant sleep. The floor also got some dirt like hair and debris. My advice.. find another hotel. This is my first and last stay in this hotel.

Awful smoke smelling rooms, terrible location - stay somewhere else to avoid disappointment

Stayed here just one night. I regret that I didn't go to look for a room close to the central market .... This place is smelly. We got a room on the 2 nd floor and it smelled like cigarettes. We asked for a non smoking room. The receptionist showed us a room downstairs, behind the reception. It smelled like cigarettes as well, we gave up and stayed in that room.
The whole night we could hear some noises coming from reception and from the pipes.
I would never come back there.
