great experience

We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were very spacious, large, and comfortable, making it easy to relax and enjoy the space. We had selected an ocean-view room, and although there were some large steel beams that partially obstructed the view, we could still appreciate the beautiful surroundings.
The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel’s location within a shopping mall was also very convenient, with plenty of amenities and options nearby. There are two elevators to reach the rooms—one to the lobby on the 7th floor and another to the guest floors. While it takes a little getting used to, the convenience of being connected to the mall was a great advantage.
The breakfast was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. There was an exceptional variety of choices, with especially great options for vegetarians. It was a wonderful way to start each morning!

We were given a windowless room. Which was not ideal. And was not reported to us when we made the booking.

Great location - easy to get around. Good towels and clean bathroom. However walls very thin - some guests very noisy
