Great place to stay with families
The location of the hotel is exellence. Located next to station Abdullah Hukum with link bridge to the Gardens and Midvalley.

Had a lovely stay there with my daughter. Everything the hotel offered was great. Mr. Amar Shaharuddin was superb in handling us.Except be prepared for the building's (not related to the hotel) foreign security guard who was really rude. Unacceptable behaviour

One of the Best Hotels I’ve Ever Stayed At! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Everything was perfect. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location was excellent.

Wonderful anniversary stay with exceptional service
We had such a wonderful and memorable stay at Amari Kuala Lumpur, especially as we were celebrating our anniversary.
A huge thank you to the team (Amar & Padhor) for the lovely anniversary decor. We were genuinely touched by the beautiful room decoration, the complimentary dessert, and the handwritten anniversary card. It was such a sweet and thoughtful gesture, and it made our celebration even more special. ❤️
The room was impressive — spacious, comfortable, and exceptionally clean. We were particularly impressed with the cleanliness of both the room and bathroom. The bed and pillows were also super comfortable, making it very easy to relax and get a good night's sleep. Special thanks to Mohi Uddin for the room service.
We also loved the Smart TV and soundbar setup, which was a really nice touch and made the room even more comfortable and enjoyable.
Breakfast was another highlight. There was a good variety of food, and everything we tried was delicious. The service throughout our stay was also superb — the staff were friendly, attentive, and genuinely made us feel welcomed and well taken care of.
Overall, we are extremely happy and satisfied with our stay. From the thoughtful anniversary decor, excellent cleanliness and comfort, delicious breakfast, to the wonderful service from the staff, everything came together to make our stay a truly enjoyable one.

Short but Sweet
We had a pleasant 2D1N stay with a smooth and efficient check-in process. The complimentary birthday setup, which included a small cake, balloon, towel decoration, and a handwritten card, was a thoughtful gesture that made for a wonderful start to our stay.
The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully lit, creating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The only downside was the air conditioning, which unfortunately was not cold enough and seemed as though it might not have been functioning properly.
Despite this, our stay was short but enjoyable. The hotel's location is excellent, although first-time visitors should be prepared to navigate a few loops around KL Eco City before reaching the hotel lobby.
Special thanks to Nissha and Amar at the reception for their warm hospitality and excellent service. Their friendliness helped make our stay even more memorable.
