Experience in capri

Overall, I enjoyed my stay. The breakfast tasted great and had a good selection, but it would be great to see more daily variety for long-stay guests. The Wi-Fi connection was quite slow and occasionally disconnected, so improvement there would be appreciated. Additionally, upgrading the in-room TVs to Smart TVs so guests can stream YouTube or Netflix would be a fantastic enhancement. Thank you!

Booked into Bukit Bintang!

A nice hotel. Good location to malls like TRX and KL Pavilion. All walking distance. Rooms were nice and modern. Had a little kitchenette with a microwave. Decent towels. There is a little laundry area which is handy. Breakfast area wasn’t the biggest but enough. Not the biggest pool but enough. Overall a nice hotel.

The twin room was big.
You could open a big luggage and have no problem walking around. The hangers provided was plenty.
Theres a mini pantry with microwave which was thoughtful.
Something that might need improvement might be the selection of pillows and hairdryer.

Great location. Good service staff.
Unfortunately, we had aircon issues in one of our rooms. They tried their best to fix it but the unable to cool the room well. And worst part is that we travelled during one of the hottest summer.
