The host very nice n will make sure i stay comfortable. With the budget price that I paid, I gave full rating as I got all the basic necessity. Got Coway, refrigerator, gym, pool n 7-11 down there. Just that less tourist attraction nearby. I'm here just try new area to explore.

A perfect, safe, comfortable and peaceful place to stay in Kuala Lumpur city. Near PWTC metro station and local train station you can easily and quickly reach Batu Caves (about 9 km). There is also a decent shopping mall with a lot of food options. The apartment is clean and has all the necessary amenities such as wifi, drinking water, hot water, toaster and microwave. But the best part of this hostel is the hospitality. Ms. Suzi is an amazing host, she will assist you with everything you need during your stay. My flight arrived early in the morning and I arrived at the hotel around 12:30 pm very tired knowing that check-in is only at 2 pm, but Ms. Suzi understood my situation and arranged for me an early check-in for free. I felt like home and it was a very nice welcome to beautiful Malaysia. I would definitely recommend this hostel!

From the moment I stepped into Empress Signature Hotel, I felt like royalty. The staff greeted me with warm smiles and impeccable hospitality, setting the tone for a truly unforgettable stay. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I was pleasantly surprised by the elegant décor and serene ambiance that filled every corner of the hotel.

It was a bad experience. The bathrooms were dirty and the air conditioning was not turned on. They only turned on the fans. I never came back again

My stay was excellent! The host and service were outstanding, and the location was fantastic—very close to Sunway Putra Mall and the metro station. I will definitely book again.
