I have absolutely no complaints regarding the cleanliness of the room.

Another issue was the noise. The street below is clearly a party street, and there was very loud noise every night until around 2 AM. Even on the 20th floor, the noise made it difficult to sleep.
On the positive side, the location is good. The swimming pool is nice and the gym is decent.
Overall, a mixed experience.

I emailed several times to ask if it was possible to request an early check-in—no response.
Two days before arrival, I received an email asking me to message them about my arrival time. They noted there would be a charge of RM10 per hour for early check-in. I then asked if there was any chance the fee could be waived. The reply was extremely rude, stating that if I wanted a waiver, I should just check in at the stated time.
Is it really that hard to be courteous?
With such an arrogant reply, you’d expect the place to be in excellent condition. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. The sofa was in poor shape, there were stains on the bed, the iron didn’t work, and the floor was wet when I walked in.
Look at the photos—I’m not exaggerating.
My advice to the operator or owner: If your place isn’t in top condition, you have no right to be arrogant. Even if it were, humility and courtesy should always be your standard.
My advice to Trip.com: Please stick to listing proper hotels. These non-hotel properties belong on platforms like Airbnb, not here.
Disappointed. Disgusted. Disheartened.
