Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. A damage deposit of MYR 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. When you arrive, kindly proceed to the check-in counter located on the left-hand side of the lobby entrance. This is the check-in counter for Platinum 2 Kuala Lumpur by LUMA. Security deposit for Presidential Suites KLCC Twin Towers View will be MYR 2000, other room types are RM5000. Please note that a physical credit or debit card is required for card payment at the reception. Virtual cards are not supported. The swimming pool and wading pool will be closed on 22nd October 2025 starting from 09:00am to 1:00pm. Scheduled power interruption on 21 Jan 2026 (10am–5pm); gym & pool closed 10am–7pm.
