It’s all about location, that’s it
The hotel is a very old hotel, everything is dated. Do note that it’s a quarantine hotel which Agoda should have informed. And the hotel seemed to have messed up our bookings. Ended up with single rooms when we actually booked rooms for 3 adults each. But still need to pay for the higher amount. Nothing good to say about the hotel except for the location and most staffs. One or two staffs need to be trained to act professionally in front of customers.

Disastrous, flee!!
Inn very very dirty that I do not recommend at all!
Mold all over the room , dirty carpet , dust , paper stuck on the head of the bed , table not cleaned because all sticky , snot stuck on the wall as well as other yellowish things that looked like a nest of animals? But the worst of the tiny beasts on the wall (psoques bedbug?? I don’t know ) we made several floors to see if it was only at our level but it was everywhere! When we appealed to the p’s they took it to the funny thing we didn’t appreciate and made understand , we slept with the light on because it was late and to find an Inn on Terengganu which is a dead city for us because not much except the beautiful mocked Crystal!
Basic breakfast bread crumb butter and jam , some hot dishes but the noodles tasted like rotten fish so it was better to abstain, coffee infects! I do not recommend this Pension or this city at all!

Nightmare hotel
I trusted the booking reviews without reading here and the mention on Lonely Planet, but I was terribly wrong. A nightmare hotel, very old, all falling down, very strong smell of smoke in the corridor in the evening so it also entered the room. Very old and broken linen. The bathroom was in dilapidated condition and very dirty.
The breakfast was only Asian and not very varied.

For a transit hotel in the heart of city
The room stay was good. Had early checking in at 6am. Waking up a night auditor for Early arrival. 15min earlier than my request i need to wait up to 6am for early check in. Breakfast served is so so.. tease less food .need to improve due to rates being expensive on weekends.
The parking space is too small and the car park is full. Overall it is ok since the hotel is in the heart of city.

Cheap and clean hotel
Good location near jetty with clean bedroom. The main door was unable to lock/unlock properly due to the screw came out. Informed to repair. The hair dryer is for display only (spoiled). The shower head was almost falling down. We don't want to complain much cuz the next morning will be leaving to Pulau Redang. Standard breakfast provided. Overall, this hotel need maintenance.
