The hotel is really nice, staff is friendly and helpful during our stay. Price is affordable. Room is clean, the bathroom need to improve i guess. When you take shower, water will splash on the floor at wash sink ( i did use the shiwer curtain) I mean, im not comfortable with wet floor when iam at the sink😂 but overall, great stay! Surely will come again given a chance.

The location was ideally near clean beach. Chalet was stunning. Worth for everyone

Lobby looked like a school reception.
Rooms were musty, layout was poor. Very little space for the actual bedroom. The bathroom space was small.
Sheets were stained.
Telephones don't work.
Some of the table lamps were not plugged in. To try to plug in would require moving the side table.
Some staff were not only not helpful but were defensive and obstructive when enquiries were made about the deficiencies.

Receptionist : Pn Suraya very helpfull...nice...give more input on activities...foods...
En Shazrul also helpful by provide info on resort...
Maybe pool will give more depth for customer to stay...
Resort very clean...room also very comfortable...aircond & heater on point...
Maybe also can ads more foods on breakfast time...
