The resort is set in beautifully landscaped tropical gardens at the foot of the legendary Mount Santubong. Kuching City and Sarawak Cultural Village are in the area, while Kuching International Airport is 42 km from the resort. This club resort offers comfortable and well-appointed guestrooms and excellent international standard facilities. The 4-storey resort provides 256 guest rooms and 11 suites with free parking for all guests. Hotel amenities include a 24-hour reception, a hotel safe and a currency exchange. Further facilities include a bar, dining facilities and a laundry service. All rooms have individually regulated air-conditioning. All accommodation units come fully-equipped as standard featuring a satellite TV, a minibar and a fridge. For leisure, a swimming pool, a sauna and a gym are available to guests. Golf and sailing are also offered.

it was a beautiful stay

Overall stay was really good. Very scenic and romantic environment. Room was very spacious. However, it was quite disappointing to know the breakfast wasn't included in the room rate. Bed slippers,laundry bags & bathrobes were not provided.

Not worth it...

Broken door lock, fridge is leaking,no wifi, no towel until we ask , lousy electric kettle,aircond make a loud noise than my snoring,dirty swiming pool...And we paid RM$300++ one night stay for this so called 4 Star hotel.

I checked out a day earlier....

I am not a fussy traveller but this was a no no from the outset.. Let's do the positives first... The secenary breath taking.. I was upgraded to a suite..... The sea amazing.... Now for the other side... There was no WiFi in the rooms... There was no spa.. There was nothing... The food was awful... We cudnt get a grab to fetch us from the resort.... So wr were stuck.. Wbe we ud pay 24 myr the hotel wanted to charge us 180 myr one way to the city.. The bathroom was smelly.. Towels that we used were refolded and put bk on rack.... Room was a big bed and couch.... The area isnt maintained so everything looks old and grubby.... Not agao

Not a memorable stay.

Room is a disaster. Room facilities
poor, room is extremely dirty and heavy smell of moisture , air conditioning not working, television and electric sockets are spoiled. Not to mention the toilet which is also another disaster. By the way, the Spa is not available.

Avoid this pathetic place

I mentioned place as its not fit to be called a resort.
The pics attached will tell uts own tale.
Prior check in had a rude front desk on phone claiming hw good they are being fully booked.
Cant ascertain check in time. Bragging abt hw fully booked d place is. Sad thing about hospitality management.
Cheapskate plastic coffee stirrer.
Cracked sink being painted over wit peeling off layers.
Floor boards holes & gaps all over.
Sink leaking below.
Toilet bowl no wash hose.
Wall plug holes everywhere.
Key card slot making noise all night.
Towels smelling of cheap detergent...no softeners used.
Furnitures hi time for auction
Apart fm d beachfront and few slides at pool...definitely nt worth d price.
Biggest regret...jz looking fwd to checkout and never turning back
