Good View of Mount Kinabalu, Facilities Could Be Better

The location is good, and the view of Mount Kinabalu is definitely a highlight. The room was decent, with complimentary 3-in-1 coffee and bottled water provided.
However, there were several drawbacks:
• No heater was available. I tried to ask the reception between 6.30–7.00 am, but no staff were on duty. During check-out, I only found out that I needed to press a button for assistance — this was not informed at check-in.
• Ventilation in the room was poor, and the toilet had an unpleasant smell.
• The absence of staff at the counter during the night is concerning, especially in case of emergencies.

Spectacular views of Mt. Kinabalu and sunrise in some rooms. But bed sheet smelly and broken. Not too much choice for dinning.

Facilities too old, please upgrade. Especially the water heater.

The place is good. Nice view for standard room. So cold at night and really good. Morning view also beautiful. Satisfied.
