Beautiful hotel, attention to cleanliness and staff!

This hotel has potential. Indeed, the rooms are very beautiful and surrounded by nature. The setting is rejuvenating and we very much enjoyed the little touches in the room such as umbrellas or complete shower sets.
However, cleanliness remains to be desired in this accommodation and I am talking about the interior part which is isolated and supposed to be clean. There was hair left in the towels and the towels were old and stained.
Moreover, the Welcoming staff is only there to collect the deposit and talk about the tourist tax. A little friendliness and professionalism would not be a refusal.
