Clean and simple, good location
The room was pretty simple but in good condition. I clocked the WiFi to a perfectly stable 138Mb/s. There's an electric kettle to boil water and two mugs but no spoons. There was no room cleaning during my 4 night stay, which really didn't bother me.
The beach road is just a short walk away with many food choices nearby. There's also a 24h minimart around the corner. On the minus side there's not much in terms of sound isolation, and while there's no traffic outside, you can hear the other guests and kids screaming, so the mornings were a bit noisy. The bed was ok apart from the cover which was a synthetic fur blanket.

We got robbed and we are not the only ones
Someone entered our room. Talking with other guests we found out other 3 people had the same experience the week before. Checking on Google I've found a girl that had the same experience the same month.
So 5 people robbed in one month. Place is left unattended from noon, no cameras and weak door locks. Staff should be entitled to refund us due to negligence but they don't want to do it. Listings say they have 24h security. False. Avoid this place, highly unsafe!

Pretty bad. Its a lot dirtier then the pictures show. The bed and pillows are plain awful and its very beat up. Also expect to pay more than whatever rate shows online, in person cash only.

We booked a standard double room with private bathroom on booking.com. The pictures on their showed a fair size room, clean, basic but just what we needed. When we arrived what we got was totally different. The girl that checked us in barely spoke, unlocked the room door then left us to it. We dumped our bags then went out for the day. When we returned late at night, a woman shouted across the courtyard that we haven’t paid, we said we need to go to an atm and will pay tomorrow. Every other guest heard her. My boyfriend couldn’t fit in the bed as it was so small and right up to the wall. When he took his T-shirt off his finger hit the fan that was on (as it was so low from the ceiling) and cut his finger open! This was unavoidable unless you got changed in the small bathroom, sat on the bed or sat on the floor. I didn’t get any sleep at all due to the hot room, noisy fan and lights from the outside. I went to reception first thing to speak to someone and the girl just said she would ring her boss. The girl agreed it wasn’t the room we had booked but we had been given a smaller, cheaper room. I spoke to the boss on the phone and explained it all to her, for her to shout at me that I should have checked out the night before and she doesn’t want us in her hotel or our money and to check out. I have never experienced such bad customers service any where in the world. We luckily found somewhere else to move to. When we checked out the boss had come to the hotel, we gave her our key and she said “thank you good bye, I hope you find somewhere good” with a smirk on her face. Her young son then said hello to us and before we could say it back, the woman said “no don’t say hello, they no good people”. We questioned her and said it was so rude, she then started shouting so loud, flapping her arms and said we’re bad people because we didn’t give her money. A couple came out of their room and the woman changed her tone, smiled at us and said “thank you, bye” to portray a nice image to other guests. I’m disgusted in the way we were treated, it’s not something we’ve experienced before and didn’t deserve. The woman took no interest or concern in the fact my boyfriend had cut his finger open on the fan. Pictures attached also show the cobwebs, cracked walls, dirty mirror and filthy towels.

Perfect for a budget stay!
We just walked in and got a room with air conditioning and a fan for 80RM a night! The staff was very friendly, the rooms we’re clean (a bit small though) and the wifi worked well. Bathroom was a bit weird with the shower pointing directly to the toilet. There were not many facilities but that wasn’t necessary because beach, supermarket and restaurants are a 5 minute walk!
