BAD ROCK

THE BEST CHALET WAS NEVER FIRST. NO SERVICE STRAIGHT. TOTALLY OUT. The lights. The night is dark. The furniture room door is all hell. Room is dirty. Ayor jambek kecik. Ayor's room walls are bleached. A terrible turok. Best wild monkey beak

Dont

The receptionist is not customer-friendly and is a bit rude. The accommodation is not satisfactory, the toilet pipe is loose, the toilet bowl is quite dirty and the closet is not very clean. Dont allow electrical connection outside for outdoor use such as BBQ and some house even dont have switch for light (external connection). Not very recomended for family trip, price not meet expectation.

Nightmare in this place

Chalet with bad condition. Not worth the price. Too many things are broken and left unfixed, yet they still let visitors to stay in.
Had experience where had to wait for 1 hour just to get the room ready. Give so many questionable reason. Lack of staff, previous visitor check out late and many more.
Not recommended at all.

Very Spartan

The chalet I was given was the older unit, not the newly renovated Deluxe ones. It has your basic needs,... Bed, blanket, (no towels, no TV, ) fan and the only bonus was the air cond. bathroom sink was dirty. ..there was a sign saying no cooking on the wall. There were two chairs and a small round coffee table.
You need to bring your own toiletries.
The greatest surprise was at night when I cam back from dinner..there were a few cockroaches running around.
This is tourist beach area..many other hotels/ chalets nearby. There are food stalls by the beach.
