Good enough causal stay

More of a service apartment. Quite new and room space is usable n comfortable.
Parking at multi story carpark with security at the gantry. Feels secure enough for me.
Left a nightlight plug in room after check out. Only realising it later at night, contacted them but they say housekeeping didn’t find any. Item is definitely left there. Luckily not an expensive item but it says much about the experience….

Good choice for short stay

The matress was so nice and comfortable same goes to the pillow...end up with buying one...the front desk name hakimi if not mistaken..really nice and warm...facility are great the pool are open untill 10 pm...not far from jonker and easy to get grab

Excelent services

This hotel quite new, opened on 24/12/2025. Relaxing area, I got room which is the highest floor that they opened for now and I stay with facing cityview. Its a good view actually. Very friendly front office staff (Muqri) that checking in me and well explained for all the facilty.
In the night before went out, I call Front desk to help me how to use the QR for the parking, staff Adam helping me with clear instruction how to use it.
The next day, go to Attivour for having breakfast, Mr Zam welcoming me and usher to the table for us which is near to the buffet area. The food was nice, was variety and very tasty. Thanks to chef of the day. Before finish our meals, Mr Zam courtesy us for asking how was the food and service, its good for hotel reputation.
I was feel enjoy the 3days 2night stay. The room was clean and tidy. Everything was excelent, the facility that provided at 7B (Pool and Gym) is clean, very nice view, you can see both view which is city and the sea from there.
The check out day, the staff that assisting me Ms Asheera asking me how was the room everything is in order and good? Absolutely yes. Thank you for the excelent hospitality service giving to the guest. Will repeat again.

Absolute great experience staying here for 1 night. The room is clean and comfy. Everything is well-prepared to check in. Highly recommend to family and friends too. Will choose to stay here again for future Malacca trip❤️

Nice Room

I had a wonderful one-night stay in the Presidential Suite. The room was exceptionally spacious, spotless, and very well maintained. Located on a higher floor, it was also quiet and peaceful, which made the stay even more relaxing. The overall experience was comfortable and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!
