Terrible, No waterpark, No internet, book your own suffer

Disliked · 1. no toiletries as listed, only toilet paper and 2towers, no tooth brush, no tooth paste, no shower gem, no shampoo.
2. no working remote control for air con and TV, need to manually on air con and only let us know on night, whole afternoon is hot and hot.
3. the tv even manually open, still cannot watch any channel, only watch blue screen.
4. no pool view, no water view, not as listed.
5.The cleaning is not done well, there is debris on sofa and rubbish in drawing,
6.The waterpark and swimming pool inside water park are closed, which violet my main purpose come this unit as water park theme apartment.
7.ball room also still under construction which is dirty and noisy.
8.no internet provided, faulty device which cannot use, host not even want to solve.
For above issuea, host not intend to solve and come personally, and not even want to answer the call, very unresponsive.
Host even spam booking to offer partially refund if we leaved but did not inform us until we complaint again, but that time host turned over offer ideas. And if we leave, does booking and host provide us accommodate？really ridiculous
The host really not care and not intend to solve our issue while we are suffering in his/her unit.
