Best Nyonya laksa in the world
Hands down the best laksa in Melaka. The broth is the best I’ve tried. The kueh pie tee is crisp and not soggy like most other places. It’s a repeat visit for me because the food is truly authentic Peranakan. Try the Nyonya kueh as well if you have space, they’re yummy! They also have amazing Peranakan antiques which make for an IG-worthy post

Cosy nyonya eatery
Decide to have a meal in this cosy cafe. I really liked the authentic Baba-Nyonya setting of the restaurant.
We order popiah, nyonya otak-otak and mee siam with ice lemon tea & Dong-Dong juice.
The food was only average. I did not like the popiah, however the mee siam was tasty. The nyonya otak-otak could do with more rempah (cordiments).
We also bought some nyonya kuih (cakes) which was better then most I have tasted.
Overall an acceptable nyonya food outlet.

Nommy Nyonya Laksa
Delicious Laksa, Pai Tee & Onde-Onde - enough said. Not too far from where we were staying and about 10 minutes' walk to Jonker Street. Friendly and polite staff. The place does not open for dinner though.
