Good accomodation but very poor host services

Good accomodation but very very disappointed with the host as after check out from the date of 13/June/25, the deposit which promised to be refunded was not process after 3 weeks.Only able to communicate thru WhatsApp and Zero responding from the host. No hope for to get the money back.

Check in at the hotel,is just a call away.The operator is helpful and the process simple.The amenities is basic.Location of the hotel is strategic and convenient.Only flaw is the leaking pipe on the wash basin that soiled my toiletry bag.Besides that,a happy stay at Greystone 99 Melaka.

This round is very different for me. Too much term and condition. . Deposit refunds have to wait for 2 weeks or more. strangeness with them even I was a regular with this owner
