Amazing Stay with Exceptional Hospitality! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
A special shoutout to Lincy, who assisted with my check-in as soon as I arrived from KL. Even though it was extremely busy with so many guests checking in at the same time, she made the whole check-in process quick, smooth, and easy. I originally booked through an online platform that stated I would get a large bed, but I was assigned a twin room instead. Lincy was so understanding and helpful in sorting it out for me. Truly such great hospitality and service!
I’ll definitely be coming back to Hatten Hotel Melaka, and next time, I’m bringing my family with me! ✨

Stay only for the sake of location. Budget Hotel with Lousy F&B.
1) Living room and bedroom equipped with 30" TV. LoL
2) Furniture is outdated. Whole premise just looks so empty and sad.
Breakfast
1) Worse than expected.
Please upgrade your toasters
(can donate current ones to the heritage museum and maybe got cashback)
2) Variety with 90% carbo food. Bread / rice / porridge / noodles
Only meat source - mini sausages and curry chicken.
No bacon no ham totally no other selection of meat dishes
Nasi lemak station >> rice, chilli and peanuts. Where's fried chicken wings, otah etc.
Very depressing and very disappointed.
To those who are planning to stay, you can totally disregard their BF.
Although not expensive, I rather you spend your few dollars at nearby eateries or lobby.
