Verging on a health hazard!

The location was good, with an enjoyable walk along the river to the centre. It was nice to have a convenience store and supermarket next door, and a laundrette across the road. That's the only postives!
Under the bed was filthy, and we even found a box of chocolates; it obviously had never been swept under. Only half a net curtain, and the main curtains were full of dirty stains.
The breakfast was absolutely awful - the advertised 'English breakfast' was no such thing, just a poor selection of cheap chicken sausage, baked beans, and potato cubes! We watched them fill up the 'juice', and it was just cheap, prepared rubbish - I can't even describe the pink one; I am sure it was a lethal chemical cocktail. The sad and unhappy faces each morning mirrored the gloomy atmosphere.
What was more disturbing was the state of the air conditioning vents in the breakfast area, reception, and the bedroom. I do not think they have ever been cleaned and must be a serious health hazard.
I know this is not advertised as a luxury hotel but I still expect cleanliness.

Staff at the counter morning shift guy and the one named Alif is very rude. When asked on breakfast policies as there is not enough place for all guest (old people and kids have been waiting for 1 hour) said if you have no money then just act like one and stop complaining. Also shower heater is broken and when asked politely on whether the adapter is available the counter staff said does this look like a 5 star hotel to you? Honestly I didn't know 3 star hotel under Swiss Garden comes with a package of being rude. Highly not recommended unless you like to be treated like shit

The hotel room just ok. Ac is cold. Staff hotel is helpful and friendly. Breakfast is just ok. No deposit required if you check in at the hotel. Easy to get the food and beverage by walking distance.

Our stay was comfortable and three small repairs needed in the bathroom were done as soon as we reported them. The breakfast is basic Malaysian food, but adequate. The main limitation was that our room had no/very limited internet connectivity.
