Hotel clean, 5mins drive to main attaction , 5mins walk to Mcd, 15mins walk to starbucks , suggest hotel add breakfast

Poor service and lack of basic standards

Very disappointed with the service at this hotel.
I arrived with my two young daughters and was not offered any help carrying the suitcases downstairs. We were told that “there were no employees in charge of that.”
On another day, I tried to order lunch and was told that “the cook was resting” and would only be available an hour later.
Additionally, at 2:00 pm, when we returned so our children could take a nap, our room had still not been cleaned. We also had no toilet paper.
Overall, this has been a terrible experience. There are no amenities, no pool, and no proper space to eat.
Avoid this hotel if you can.

Is cozy hotel , newly open in teluk intan, pleasant stay and not too far to travel for food in teluk intan , strongly recommended too
