Unorganized, intrusive

I was there to visit my friend, and we had to stay on the mainland for two nights before going to Kapas. We could tell the place was very messy. Everyone was busy doing something (not hotel related). When asked for our rooms, we were told to wait but had to ask several times before finally getting ours, even when it was already 4pm. However, the lady initially wanted to bring us to a room that she didn’t know was already occupied. The waiting and wondering experience was just annoying. It also seems like they are lingering around whenever we are doing our own thing. We were getting our hands done there and one of the hotel staff just sat there and had hers done as well - but on our bill. We were confused but dismissed it anyways, however such behavior of trying to get more from us and hanging around while we do our things were very uncomfortable at times. There is aircon which is great, but who would like to shower in a toilet with the shower head right above the toilet bowl? Or to have to buy toilet paper when I thought it should be provided for this price. Total disappointment. Felt cheated. Won’t recommend unless you are about to sleep on the streets.

Dishonest manager

Where to start? Was here for my cousins wedding. They booked the entire hotel, the bathrooms were dirty, and full of insects, the bed linings were dirty, and so where the towels. Even though we booked the entire hotel (and payed for it) there were other guests living there. After the wedding we found out that they put RM100 on top of all the rooms. Even the ones occupied by other guests. In all a very unorganized experience, wouldnt reccomend it for my worst enemy.
