Good value - great restaurant

Housekeeping staff is very fast and efficient. The location, at the foot of Canada Hill and near UTC, is a bit isolated from attractions in Miri, but GrabCars are cheap. The room was a great value for cost.
We returned to the Somerset on account of the Kebaya Story restaurant adjacent to it. The hotel does not offer breakfast, but Kebaya Story is open all day (EXCEPT TUESDAY). There are numerous cafes operating in the immediate area.

Excellent service

The room n toilet are clean, aircon was cool, have tv with the good channel n also the wifi was strong for our chid.. and the place take 5 min to the shop mall

Awesome

My stay at this hotel was wonderful from start to finish. The service was professional and friendly, making me feel welcome throughout my visit. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, with beautiful surroundings that added to the comfort of the trip. I also appreciated the free breakfast, which offered a good variety and tasted great. Overall, it is a great place to stay, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and good service.

No face tissue available. Probable pipe blockage in the shower drain and bathroom sink, water slow to empty.
