Overall, this hotel is pretty good. The location is very convenient, there are many restaurants nearby, and the transportation is also convenient. The room is clean and tidy, the basic facilities are complete, the bed is quite comfortable, and I slept well. The service staff is friendly and the check-in and check-out are very efficient.

Very unpleasant experience on the service. Bad Vibe manager.

Booking via apps 2pm++, payment mode under apps auto deal - pay over the desk upon arrival. Booking is confirmed
After done my work late evening 10:20pm I arrived at the hotel, and the front desk staff tell me the booking has cancel while in the apps stated my booking status still confirmed. I ask why, they follow SOP due to client uncontactable. Not first time i book via Agoda, the apps shall have my contact details.
Ask to talk to manager, so call manager refuse to talk to me. No solution given, desk guy said room all full booking. I saw Agoda apps the room still available. Have all the proves
How can the SOP simply cancel customer booking, this is bad.
Don’t even offer a solution for client
How the management qualify the manager
Dishonest manager and staff hiding the room availability information.

Photos are probably taken very long ago.
They need to renew the rooms badly.
One good thing is the front desk is friendly.

Average hotel for short stay

Beautiful lobby and gangway with home feel decors. Bedroom size was good for 4 persons but the bathroom was small, slightly dirty and do not have hooks to hang the towel and clothing. Front counter staff was friendly and helpful.
