Stayed at this hotel for a friend's wedding in town and was initially assigned a queen room, which unfortunately was not as depicted in the photo.. Queen bed room was dusty and unkept with poor airconditioning. I subsequently updated to the king's room and it was so much better. Overall I would still recommend this hotel for its good food choices available within the area.

The chair is too dirty, cleaner not done their job properly?! The hairdryer is broken, can’t use at all! The aircon not cold even though the temperature is 16! One night charges SGD 100, worst 4 star hotel even! Definitely not coming back again, not recommend at all!

Bad stay

Unfortunately, my stay at Bei Boutique Hotel was disappointing. The property felt dated, with minimal staff presence and little sense of security. The lift was creaky, and overall, the hotel seemed poorly maintained for a place rated 4 stars.
While the room was generally cleaned, there were visible issues — some mold in the bathroom, and a rusty basin tap that hadn’t been properly cleaned. The entire place gave off an old, neglected vibe.
Sadly, this stay didn’t meet expectations, and I won’t be returning.

Happy to come back as returning guest. The hotel check in was a breeze. Room and bed were clean and well maintained. Water pressure for shower was strong. Friendly staff always a plus.
