Clean and well maintain room. Value for money. Good location. I stayed in a Tatami room. Mattress is on a raised platform. May not be suitable for those with knee problem. A basic room with no wardrobe, No hook to hang your towel or clothes during shower. No fridge in room. No toothbrush provided, pay RM4 if you need one.

Best Place to Stay in Muar City Centre

This place is definitely perfect for trip to Muar, as it located right at the center of the city. Making it easy to travel around by walking or taking Grab.
Gotten a small room for myself, which the room provided the basic amenities such as TV, hair dryer and kettle.
The shower, toilet and basin combined within the same area, without any blind. So the floor could get wet and spread during shower. And the floor was too slippery for me with water. Thankfully the shower water is strong and gets hot fast.
There’s rooftop here where you can view the city and river, but not too high enough.
Lots of local and hotel products on sales at the ground floor. There’s also some books for you to read around the building with seating sofa.

Worth for money. Near to attaction and food street. Parking free (park at opposite car park so is safe too).

Good choice to stay at Mou Boutique Hotel. Went for a short trip to Muar with my kids. The room is quite small, but it serves its purpose. The TV remote wasn't working, but we weren't bothered. The location was quite central, close to the bus terminal and attractions. Nicely decorated and clean.

cosy, clean, well located

I booked this hotel because reviews said centrally located etc. was surprised how clean it was, simple and functional. Booked cheapest toom, no closet, no fridge, no safe but bathroom was clean, water pressure was good, air cond worked well. No window but its ok. only -ve was shower splashed everywhere, simple curtain or door could be fixed - please do it management, only thing stopping from 5 star. room is small but for the price, functionality and cleanliness surprised in +ve way. Please just fix the shower.
