Suite - 2 bedrooms, 2 toilets, 1 family hall.
1 king size bed and 2 XL single beds. Clean rooms and good staff service. Reasonable price with buffet breakfast. Good location, next to the mall and the Penang Island bridge. Swimming pool and gym facilities are provided

Stollen shirt

The hotel is quite shabby price is too high, breakfest is ok but you can hardly find place to seat. But the most horrible thing was when my shirt (brand Campdavid ~105 USD, was stollen by housekeeping. Management of the hotel didn’t compensate it and tried to explain that nobody took it.
If you stay in this hotel all your things must be closed in the suitcase. But better choose other hotel.

A bit old now. But the room rate is cheap. You need a car to get around for food.

Medium level hotel, reasonable price, with kid's pool.
However, it is located in a deserted area. You need to get there by car (or bus). Check in procedure is long, so need to wait like 10-15 min (average time out of 4x staying there).

Excellent for business hotel

i enjoyed my recent work trip at Ixora. The room layout is excellent for business—very spacious with a functional study table, luggage compartment and sofa. Having the snacks topped up daily was a nice effort. I noticed the guest have difficulty looking for food because the hotel not surrounded by eatery area. However, I would suggest if the hotel can install the bidets in the bathrooms for future. Aside from those two points, it was a very pleasant stay.
