The shower alternative tap did not work. And water temperature was either quite hot or cool. Water pressure for showering was low too. But the bidet’s water pressure was super strong! So, taking a shower & using the bidet was quite a challenge. Perhaps it’s time to use more sustainable shower management that feels satisfying yet saving water.
Breakfast was adequate, but could improve a little with coffee: offer cold fresh milk instead of milk powder. Might want to consider offering local Sabahan breakfast?
Location is excellent- walking distance to convenience stores & restaurants. Room was clean, soundproof, and beds excellent - helps a lot in getting some peaceful sleep.
Staff were exceptionally welcoming, friendly and efficient. Keep up the great work!

The room is a bit dated and the bathroom was grossed, with soap scum and mold. Staff was great and the breakfast was good with good varieties

We arrived just after midnight. The staff were very couteous and helpful.
There was a mix up with booking the free shuttle. I never received a confirmation or knew who to look for so ended up catching a taxi.
Instead we received a free shuttle back to the airport before lunch.
The room was clean and the beds were comfortable.
Bathroom was clean and adequate, good shower.
Breakfast was not included but we were able to have for mry38 each.
It is not a high end hotel, rather a servicable cheaper hotel. Exactly what we were looking for.
Breakfast was not included but we bought for MR38 per person.
There was a large choice of hot and cold malaysian food. Also tea and coffee from large urns. Toast, cereals, small cakes and slices.
There were alot of families who made use ofthe pool after breakfast.
We were the only 2 Australians visiting.
I would definitely recommend for a stop over.

Only if there are no other options!
Don’t stay here if you’re a westerner, there are far better options. Leaking toilets, grotty tiles, sub-standard breakfast, guest internet works once in a blue moon and rude/aggressive security.
Far from adequate for a business trip.
The only positive point is that the parking is spacious covered multi-story connected to the hotel.

Our pickup shuttle was delayed but the hotel made up for the delay by giving us a late checkout and breakfast.
It is the second time we stayed and we will stay again.
