This is perfectly located with all rooms overlooking the lake. The view is stunning and at night the view of the Mosque memorising.

Rude Front Desk Staff - Shirajudin
I am utterly disappointed and deeply disgusted by the way my family and I were treated at this hotel, especially given its supposed 5-star status. We returned here with good faith, remembering the warmth and hospitality we experienced years ago, only to be met with misleading front desk handling, false assurances, and appalling staff behaviour.
On check-in, I specifically requested adjoining rooms for my granddaughter and myself. I was first told that adjoining rooms were unavailable, then later informed that Rooms 902 and 903 were being held and that Room 903 would soon be vacated. Based on that assurance, I agreed to proceed, only to later discover that I had been misled and that Room 903 had in fact not been secured for us. This was dishonest, frustrating, and completely unacceptable.
The situation became even more outrageous when we returned to Room 902 on 3 August 2026 and found the door unlocked and not properly secured. When my wife raised this serious concern, she was met with shocking rudeness and contempt from a staff member, Shirajudin. Instead of offering a proper apology or reassurance, he responded in an aggressive and sarcastic manner, showed no respect, and even hung up the phone on her. When I confronted him in person, his arrogance and dismissive attitude were equally infuriating.
Although the hotel manager later came to apologise and assured me that action would be taken, the damage had already been done. The whole experience was disgraceful, insulting, and far below the standard expected of any hotel, let alone one claiming to be 5-star.

We had a bad evening with this Hotel. First Tow and half days we didn’t have showers because of plumbing problems and when we complained they offered a free meal which was a bad N disgusting offer. Any way we are not going to that hotel and nine nights they charged us over thousand dollars. That’s a shame.

Ok, but expensive for the condition of the hotel. However, had an issue with the pricing when booked which did not get resolved by Hotels..com

Turning a Disappointment into a Wonderful Experience
Kudos to Vikensh, the RDM, for arranging a smooth c/in. We were warmly greeted by the bellboy and the overall arrival experience was superb. We went for sahur at the coffee house, but unfortunately we were quite disappointed with the buffet spread. The roti was very hard, the food was cold, the selection did not quite suit sahur, and the “fresh juice” served was actually cordial. However, after we raised our complaint, special kudos to Chef Izhar, the HM, and Chef Gan. They immediately prepared a special breakfast set for my husband and me. The taste was superb and we truly appreciated the quick response and effort to make things right.
Their hospitality and service recovery were excellent, and it turned our experience around.
