Room was clean and spacious, a short grab ride from town. Staff were friendly, breakfast was good.

Big hotel with no real character - fine for an overnight stay and fair value for money
Staff are not overly friendly or helpful - you get the vibe, guests are tolerated rather than welcomed.
Rooms are spacious and clean

Everything was good except the room did not have hair dryer plus the room has few fallen hairs, the blanket got stains. But, the receptionist counter was really friendly and helpfull.

Looks are deceptive

Apart from clean bed and towels that’s pretty much where it begins and ends. Dirty floors inside room and in foyer. Dirty stained sofas and carpets. No where to eat as restaurant closed. Ballroom on 10 floor pretty amazing considering the rest of the place. Not sure if it’s being refurbished or demolished.

Overall this wad good hotel for an overnight stay. Breakfast service was very poor.
