Always a winner!

Perfect location without leaving the airport. Excellent friendly, knowledgeable staff. Must mention Ziah and her Supervisor at TBG who went the extra mile to make a birthday celebration dinner special. Service outstanding. Thank you. Been coming here 20 years. Always a pleasure. Highly recommend.

Fantastic and unbeatable

Fantastically nice hotel.
Really great. Nice rooms nice shower good beds, no sound no light.
Pool is great.
You don't even notice you're at the airport.
Friendly staff, friendly staff. The food is not normally good. They serve you with class.

Everything about the hotel was wonderful. It’s a really good transit hotel for so many reasons. I deeply appreciated that they will use a buggy cart type thing to pick you and your luggage up from the airport and bring you to the front desk. If I had to have walked that it would’ve taken a really long time because of how long the sky bridge is. All the staff are so friendly and helpful. We stayed on the lounge floor and while we got there too late to enjoy the lounge cocktail hour, they did serve tea at 11 PM and it was looseleaf which was so wonderful. The breakfast in the lounge was really good too.

Great room walking distance from the airport. Pool was nice but it closed too early (8pm!), and promised jacuzzi was nonexistent.

Sama Sama - You're Welcome and you certainly will be.

What a great find Sama Sama was for us! Having spent a week in KL we were booked to fly home (sadly) on a 9am flight. Found this hotel simply searching for somewhere to stay near KL airport and really glad we spent the last night of our holiday here.
The staff were super friendly and helpful (typical of Malaysian culture) and we were offered an upgrade to the club facilities which was excellent.
Our room was well priced and overlooked the airport. Our room was spotless, well appointed and had everything one might need in a hotel room.
Definitely will stay here again when next in KL. Can highly recommend.
