Nice place to stay on the local island
We came to Hulhumeedhoo from Addu for 2 nights to explore the island and visit part of the family, living there. We were looking for a comfortable room to stay to be able to enjoy the short trip, as well as to explore the island and get a bit of tropical experience and privacy.
At that moment we were the only guests in the guest house, occupying 2 rooms.
Our room had a comfortable bed, nice smell, spacious and nice bathroom with both indoor and outdoor showers. The room had a fridge, but we had to request separately for kettle and cups. The room-boy, who was looking after us was very helpful and attentive to all our requests.
We had a car from our friend and were able to get a bike for one evening, so we didn’t mind the location. For us it was convenient and we explored all the local tourist sights and areas. However, the place itself doesn’t have a private parking area. There were bicycles for rent, but we didn’t use that option.
Evenings we spent on the terrace outside, the courtyard has a very nice garden with blooming hibiscus flowers and other tropical plants.
I’d recommend this place for short stays / overnight visits to the island, it is located in the heart of very tidy and beautiful Hulhudhoo town.
