Great place to stay

So great place to stay and very quiet place . Close to beach and with great view .
Super breakfast with great room enough spaces in room with A/C
Staff are very very friendly and always there to help .
You walk to the beach in 1 min from hotel .also you an use all smoking equipment for free

I do not advise you to contact this hotel. it employs an unscrupulous employee who takes money and does not do the work.

Terrible.

The only positive note is the proximity to the beautiful bikini beach, where there are 4 broken chairs of the guest house, but otherwise forget it. Spartan rooms, dirty sheets, fridge not working and without even a hook in the bathroom to hang the towel. In 5 days the room was redone only once but the baskets were never emptied and, only after much insistence, on the fourth day we were changed a towel. Inedible breakfast with two slices of hard pancarrè, butter, jam and two dry sausages. Staff absent, perhaps even for the period of Ramadan.

Disappointing

Disappointment. We booked when booking, a luxury villa at Sea View Villa Ukulhas. When we arrived we found a room that did not correspond at all to the one in the photo on Booking. We asked for an explanation because the difference in services was surprising. The manager didn't move much, as if the problem was only ours.
the best: friendly and smiling staff, proximity to the beach, the garden.
the least: old room with peeling walls everywhere, small and unstable wardrobe, no soundproofing, no safe in the wardrobe, toilet seat not fixed, no mirror in the toilet and no possibility of placing our belongings, TV which doesn't work, internet and above all 190 cm bed instead of 2m (too bad for my husband who is 1m98) meh.
At the end of the second day we decided to look for another hotel, we found the room we were looking for.
We suggest that the manager modify the photos and lower the prices or improve the room so that the photos and the ad correspond to reality.

Sea View Villa is a very nice place to stay and great option

We think the best location on the island closest to Bikini beach
The ops manager is very helpful and makes the stay easy
Rooms are cleaned daily and extra requests are no problem,
Breakfast is good with the Maldivian meal being very tasty
The room rate of 140 $ incl breakfast is ok,
